DELIVERY:
Our flat rate postage service is operated by DHL or UPS which costs £9 for any parcel of any size. This is a tracked secure service. This is due to the heavy bulky items, and protection against breakages of bottles.
We aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of order (Monday – Friday). Typical delivery times are 2-3 working days.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:
We hope that you will be delighted with your product purchase from Lyme Regis Brewery. However in the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please return the product within 14 days of delivery in perfect saleable condition, in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement. We would ask that you email us, telling us of your intention to return and your reason for doing so.
As the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until delivered back to us, we strongly recommend you send the goods to us registered post. Please note that we do not refund postage charges on returned goods.

DAMAGED GOODS:
If you receive any damaged goods, we require a photo of the product in the packaging, so we can make a claim for the damage and send you a replacement.
