Liquid Hopped Mexican Lager – 5%
We teamed up with our seaside pals at Tenby Brewing Co as well as hop aficionados BarthHaas X and Yeast experts WHC Lab to brew this little beauty! Expect a super clean & crisp Mexican style Lager with subtle hop notes of Apricot, Mango, Pineapple & Lime along with a gentle bitterness. It’s super Pale from Maize added to the grist with medium carbonation for ultimate refreshment!
This brew utilises Barthaas X’s natural liquid hop products which help to reduce wastage and save time, along with WHC labs new ‘Blitz’ yeast strain for a quicker fermentation time than a traditional Lager.
